SeptemberFest

Live Music, Food Booths, Bean Bag Tournament, Fireworks

Friday, Sept. 2nd from 3pm-10pm
Saturday, Sept. 3rd from 10am-10:30 pm - Fireworks at dusk :)
Sunday, Sept. 4th from 10am-9pm

Leaf Bags - The City has given out over 45,000 bags this year, an all time high, which means two things.  One, the city residents are cleaning up their yards more, and two, we will need to plan going into next year for more bags.  We have ordered more bags for this leaf season and will being handing out September 12th.  Public Works Department leaf pick-up is scheduled with your garbage pickup.  Paper bags only!!!!  Plastic bags containing leaves and yard debris will not be picked up.  Questions, contact 962-8511.

City Hall Complex -- Schedule to open this September.

Alley Ways -- Property owners and renters, with an alley way, is responsible for maintaining their alley way to the center of the alley.  Don't forget to cut the alley way when you cut your grass.  Let's work together keeping our city clean.

Grand Blvd. Lake -- Don't forget to take advantage of Grand Blvd. Lake.  Mini-pontoon and paddle boats.  Boats are available to rent for fishing or strolling on lake.  After that, you can have a picnic at the new shelter located at the south/east corner.  To rent the shelter, please call 962-7508.
